terms of service
CONDENSED TOS
Pay up front or after an approved sketch. Final product will not be delivered prior to payment.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD via Paypal or Ko-fi unless stated otherwise.
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 1 week, or when work has not been completed within 1 month, unless a different timeline is communicated.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

OCs, ships, feral creatures of any species, anthro/furry creatures of any species, suggestive works/some kink art (If customer can guarantee they are aged 18+), gore, and humans (However I have less experience with them).
❌ I WON'T DRAW
Art promoting prejudices, art promoting right wing political ideologies or any themes that I find to be personally uncomfortable.
Animation
By no means am I an expert at animation, but it is something I'm getting into! These prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of your commission, however I will always clearly communicate my boundaries and expectations surrounding animation comms so you aren't blindsided!

The Basics
The basics that everybody offers! There are no hidden costs for extras that aren't listed. Simple backgrounds, complex designs, props, ect. have no extra charge. SOME kink art may have a slight upcharge, depending on what it entails.

Customs
Custom designs by yours truly! These can be made either on base (free to use bases of your preference, or I do have the rights to a few paid lines. just ask!) or off base, aka hand drawn by me. I do customs of any species, anthro or feral, and I can work from anything (songs, moodboards, character based, making kids of two other designs, ect.)
